Terms of Service

By creating an Anlyzo account, you agree to these terms. If you're using Anlyzo on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorized to bind that business. We may update these terms; material changes are announced 30 days before they take effect.

Anlyzo provides compliance auditing, listing intelligence, and analytics tools for marketplace sellers. We connect to platforms you authorize via OAuth and read data necessary to operate the features you turn on. We don't modify your shops without explicit per-action approval.

You retain all rights to data we read from your platforms. We process it only to operate the service. We don't sell it, train models on it, or share it with the marketplaces we audit. Full data-handling detail is in the Privacy Policy and DPA.

You agree not to use Anlyzo to violate any law, infringe IP, evade marketplace policy, or attempt to circumvent our rate limits or security controls. We may suspend accounts that put other customers or our infrastructure at risk.

Paid plans renew on the cadence you select. Cancel anytime, your access continues through the end of the current billing period. Refunds within 14 days of first paid month, no questions asked. Fees are non-refundable thereafter except where required by law.

You can close your account from Settings at any time. We may terminate accounts for material breach with 7 days' notice, or immediately for fraud, abuse, or legal compulsion. On termination we delete your data within 30 days unless you request earlier export.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anlyzo is not liable for indirect damages or for amounts above what you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim. Compliance recommendations are advisory and don't replace legal counsel.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes resolved in Wilmington, DE, except where local consumer law mandates otherwise.
