Getting Started

Anlyzo is a unified analytics dashboard for digital product sellers. If you sell on Etsy, Gumroad, Shopify, or other platforms, Anlyzo pulls all your revenue, product, and sales data into one place — so you can see your entire business at a glance instead of logging into 2-4 different dashboards every day.

Anlyzo is built for digital product sellers — people who sell templates, printables, courses, ebooks, design assets, fonts, presets, planners, and similar digital goods. If you sell on multiple platforms (like Etsy + Gumroad, or Etsy + Shopify), you'll get the most value. But even single-platform sellers benefit from our AI insights, alerts, and fee tracking features.

Yes. The free plan includes 1 platform connection, 30 days of data history, a revenue dashboard, and daily email digests. It's free forever — no credit card required. When you're ready for more, the Pro plan comes with a 7-day free trial so you can try unlimited platforms, AI insights, and custom alerts risk-free.

No. Anlyzo is a web application that runs entirely in your browser. There's nothing to install, no browser extension needed, and no software to download. Just sign up and connect your platforms.

Platform Connections

Currently, Anlyzo supports Etsy and Gumroad. Shopify and Stripe integrations are coming soon. We're building integrations based on user demand — if you'd like to see a specific platform, let us know.

We use OAuth 2.0 — the same secure authorization method used by Google, Facebook, and every major platform. When you click 'Connect,' you're redirected to the platform's website (e.g., Etsy) where you log in and authorize Anlyzo to read your seller data. We never see or store your platform password.

We access your product listings (titles, prices, status), transaction data (sale amounts, fees, dates, refund status), and shop metadata (shop name). We do NOT access your customers' email addresses, names, shipping addresses, or any other buyer PII. We also cannot modify, create, or delete anything on your platform — our access is read-only.

No. Anlyzo has read-only access to your platform data. We cannot create, edit, delete, or modify any listings, products, orders, or settings on your connected platforms. We only read data for analytics purposes.

Data syncs automatically every 4 hours. You can also trigger a manual sync at any time from your Connections page if you need fresh numbers immediately. The initial sync when you first connect a platform imports your last 90 days of historical data.

Yes, at any time. Go to your Connections page and click 'Disconnect.' This immediately revokes our access and deletes stored authentication tokens. Your historical data already synced will remain in your dashboard unless you request full data deletion.

Currently, you can connect one account per platform. If you have multiple Etsy shops under different accounts, you can connect each one. Support for multiple shops under a single Etsy account is on our roadmap.

Dashboard & Features

Your dashboard shows: total revenue across all platforms (with time range filters), revenue breakdown by platform (charts), top-performing products ranked by revenue, order count and average order value, platform fee breakdown showing your true net revenue, and trend indicators showing how metrics compare to previous periods.

Every Monday, our AI analyzes your past week's data — revenue trends, top products, platform performance, and anomalies — and generates 3-5 actionable insights in plain English. For example: 'Your Canva template bundle revenue spiked 40% this week — consider creating similar bundles' or 'Etsy sales dropped 20% while Gumroad stayed flat — check if a listing was deactivated.' Only aggregated, anonymized numbers are sent to the AI — never customer data.

You can enable four types of alerts: Sales Spike (notifies when daily sales exceed 2x your 7-day average), Cold Product (flags products with zero sales for 14+ days), Revenue Milestone (celebrates when total revenue crosses $1K, $5K, $10K, etc.), and Revenue Drop (warns when daily revenue drops 50%+ from the previous day). All alerts are delivered via in-app notifications and email.

Each platform charges different fees — Etsy has transaction fees, listing fees, and payment processing fees; Gumroad takes a percentage. Anlyzo breaks down these fees per transaction so you can see your gross revenue vs. net revenue (what you actually keep) for each platform. This helps you understand which platform gives you the best margin.

Yes. If you sell in GBP on Etsy UK and USD on Gumroad, Anlyzo stores each transaction in its original currency and converts everything to your preferred display currency using daily exchange rates. You can set your display currency in Settings.

CSV export is available on the Pro plan. You can export your products, transactions, and revenue data for use in spreadsheets, accounting software, or other tools.

Pricing & Billing

Free plan: $0/month (1 platform, 30-day history, revenue dashboard, daily digest). Pro plan: $12/month or $9/month billed annually (unlimited platforms, 12-month history, AI insights, custom alerts, fee breakdown, CSV export).

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your Settings page. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. If you downgrade from Pro to Free, data older than 30 days will be deleted.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through Stripe. We do not store your card details — all payment processing is handled securely by Stripe.

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. However, if you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we'll review your case. Since we offer a free plan, we recommend trying Anlyzo for free before upgrading.

We'll attempt to charge your payment method up to 3 times over 14 days. You'll receive email notifications about the failed payment. If all attempts fail, your subscription will be cancelled and your account downgraded to the free plan.

Yes. Annual billing saves you 25% compared to monthly billing. Pro is $9/month billed annually ($108/year vs. $144/year monthly).

Security & Privacy

Yes. All OAuth tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption before storage. All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. We implement security headers (X-Frame-Options, X-Content-Type-Options, Referrer-Policy, Permissions-Policy). API rate limiting prevents abuse. We never log tokens, passwords, or sensitive customer data.

No. We intentionally do not collect or store your buyers' email addresses, names, shipping addresses, or any other personally identifiable information. The only buyer-related data we store is anonymous country codes (e.g., 'US,' 'UK') for aggregate geographic analytics. This protects your customers' privacy and ensures compliance with platform terms of service.

No. We use OAuth 2.0 authentication, which means you authorize us directly on the platform's website. Your password is never shared with us and we never see it. You can revoke our access at any time from your platform's settings or from Anlyzo's Connections page.

When you delete your account, all your data is permanently removed within 30 days. This includes your profile, connected account tokens, products, transactions, snapshots, alerts, and any other data associated with your account. This action cannot be undone.

No. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. We only share data with essential service providers (database hosting, email delivery, payment processing) strictly for operating the Service. See our Privacy Policy for the complete list of third-party services we use.

Yes. Only aggregated, anonymized numbers are sent to the AI (total revenue, order counts, product names, platform breakdown). No customer PII, email addresses, or individual transaction details are ever sent. Anthropic (the AI provider) does not use your data to train their models per their commercial API terms. You can disable AI insights at any time.

Troubleshooting

First, check your Connections page to see if there's an error message. Common issues: 1) Your platform token may have expired — try disconnecting and reconnecting the platform. 2) The platform's API may be temporarily down — wait an hour and try a manual sync. 3) You may have hit the platform's rate limit — syncs will automatically retry. If the issue persists, contact support.

Small discrepancies are normal due to: timing differences (our sync runs every 4 hours, so very recent transactions may not appear yet), currency conversion rounding, fee calculation approximations, and pending/processing transactions. For tax and financial reporting, always use the numbers directly from your platform. Anlyzo is designed for trend analysis and business intelligence, not exact-penny accounting.

Make sure you're signing into the correct Etsy account that owns the shop. If you're getting an error during the OAuth flow, try: 1) Clearing your browser cookies for etsy.com. 2) Using a different browser. 3) Checking that your Etsy shop is active and in good standing. If the issue persists, contact support with the error message you see.

The initial sync may take a few minutes depending on how much data you have. Check your Connections page — if the status shows 'Syncing,' wait for it to complete. If it shows 'Error,' try disconnecting and reconnecting. Also note: only completed (not pending) transactions are counted in revenue.
