ResolvedEtsy connector elevated error rate
Etsy's OAuth refresh endpoint returned 503s for ~16 minutes during their scheduled maintenance window. Anlyzo queued sync jobs and replayed them on recovery; no listings missed an audit cycle.
ResolvedAudit engine latency spike
A misconfigured database index in our policy-rules table caused audit runs to take 4× longer for 13 minutes. Index rebuilt, runs back to baseline (~3.2s p95).
ResolvedEmail delivery delays
Transactional provider (Resend) experienced a 28-minute delivery delay regionally affecting EU recipients. All emails delivered, none lost. We are evaluating a redundant secondary provider for 2026 Q3.
MonitoringGumroad webhooks intermittently late
Some Gumroad webhook deliveries arrive 2–6 minutes after sale completion. Reports pull on a 10-minute timer so no data is lost; we're working with Gumroad's platform team and tracking the gap.
